J&K CM Omar announces statehood protest in Delhi on July 20

Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Sunday announced a fresh phase of protests in Delhi from July 20 over the Centre's "unexplained delay" in restoring statehood to the Union Territory. "We have given the Centre enough time. For nearly two years, we pursued talks on statehood restoration. Now we will adopt a new strategy," Abdullah said.
