J&K LG says 780 terrorists eliminated since 2020, peace established

Speaking on J&K's 8th UT Foundation Day, Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha said peace was established through zero-tolerance policy, not purchased. He stated over 780 terrorists have been eliminated since 2020, local recruitment has ended, and stone-pelting erased. Sinha also highlighted crackdowns on drug networks and outlined a vision for J&K as a model of prosperity by 2047.
