Jagan Mohan Reddy accuses Andhra CM of betraying Rayalaseema

YSRCP chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy accused Andhra Pradesh CM Chandrababu Naidu of betraying Rayalaseema by calling the Lift Irrigation Scheme a waste of public money, saying it was the region’s only viable solution to chronic water scarcity. Jagan further alleged that Naidu deliberately stalled the project during his earlier tenure and allowed Telangana to draw excess water from Srisailam.
