Jai Hind: Congress MLA Aditi Singh backs scrapping of Article 370

Despite Congress opposing the government's decision to scrap Article 370, party MLA Aditi Singh on Monday praised the decision, tweeting, "United we stand! Jai Hind #Article370". After a user commented that she's from Congress on the tweet, Singh responded, "Main ek Hindustani hoon (I am an Indian)". Earlier, senior Congress leader Janardan Dwivedi also welcomed the abrogation of Article 370.
