Jailed as a juvenile, Bangladeshi man freed after 21 long years

The Calcutta High Court has ordered the release of a Bangladeshi national who had served 21 years for murder, confirming his status as a juvenile at the time of the crime. Another individual, imprisoned for 14 years in a separate case, was also released on similar grounds. The decisions were based on ossification test results supporting their juvenile claims.
