Gangster with his face covered, hands tied files poll nomination in Pune

Bandu Andekar, a local gang leader in Pune in judicial custody for allegedly murdering his grandson, recently filed his nomination for the Pune civic polls. Andekar arrived to submit his papers as an independent candidate, with his face covered in a black cloth and his hands tied. He raised slogans in his support as he came to file the nomination.
