Jailed Hindu monk Chinmoy Das' lawyer in India for treatment

Rabindra Ghosh, a Bangladeshi lawyer who has been defending jailed Hindu monk Chinmoy Krishna Das, is in West Bengal's Barrackpore for treatment, his son said. "I've requested my father not to return to Bangladesh and to stay here...for a while," the son said, expressing concerns for Ghosh's safety. Earlier, Bangladeshi lawyers threatened to thrash anyone who represented Chinmoy.
