Jailed Pak cricketer's wife pens note, says he took short cut & lost everything

Doctor Samara Afzal, the wife of ex-Pakistan batsman Nasir Jamshed who has been jailed for 17 months for spot-fixing in Pakistan Super League, penned a note, saying her husband took short cut and lost everything. "An international cricketer can probably earn more than I as a doctor can so I can't understand the need to partake in corruption," she added.
