Jaiprakash Associates shares to be delisted from June 18

Shares of bankrupt Jaiprakash Associates will get delisted from the BSE and National Stock Exchange of India with effect from June 18. Adani Enterprises acquired the debt-ridden company through a ₹14,535-crore resolution plan approved by the NCLT. The existing shareholders of Jaiprakash Associates are set to receive zero consideration for their shares.
