Jairam gives NTA example as Rijiju calls him 'intelligent member'

Congress leader Jairam Ramesh responded to Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju's tweet calling him an "intelligent member" and asking him to contribute positively in Parliament. "I hope your certificate of my intelligence is not like the NTA grading," Jairam said, adding, "Is it with grace marks?" Rijiju called Jairam "intelligent member" after the latter responded to his welcome tweet.
