Jairam Ramesh questions govt on fresh delimitation proposal

Congress leader Jairam Ramesh on Tuesday demanded clarity from the Centre on whether it has a new delimitation proposal and why it refuses to convene an all-party meeting. He raised three pointed questions after Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju replied to Congress president Kharge's October 16 letter, following the Constitution Amendment Bill's defeat in Lok Sabha on April 17.
