External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar said the UN has been "largely irrelevant" to decisions on major crises like Ukraine, Gaza, and Covid. Speaking at the 5th Kautilya Economic Conclave in Delhi, he said the Security Council no longer represents global interests and called for fixing the UN, not bypassing it.
