Jaishankar casts vote in Delhi, says 'public in mood for change'

External Affairs Minister (EAM) S Jaishankar and his wife Kyoko Jaishankar cast their vote at a polling booth set up at NDMC School of Science and Humanities in Delhi's Tughlaq Crescent. After casting vote, Jaishankar said, "I have been an early voter...I think public is in a mood for change." Union Minister Hardeep Singh Puri was also among early voters.
