Jaishankar meets Lara during official tour of Trinidad and Tobago

External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar on Friday met former West Indies cricketer Brian Lara in Trinidad and Tobago during the final leg of his three-nation official Caribbean tour. "It's no secret that we Indians have long been big fans of West Indian cricketers," Jaishankar said. The minister further praised Sunil Narine, Kieron Pollard and Nicholas Pooran.
