Jaishankar seemingly takes dig at US with his 'entrenched powers' remark

External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar seemingly took a dig at the US while addressing Jeju Forum in South Korea. "Some entrenched powers also find it hard to come to terms with loss of competitiveness. International economy then becomes a zero-sum game," he said. "The natural evolution of the international economy is being blocked by non-market factors," he added.
