James Cameron, Disney sued over using actress's face in 'Avatar' without consent

Hollywood filmmaker James Cameron and Walt Disney have been sued by actress Q'orianka Kilcher for the film 'Avatar'. Kilcher alleged that her facial features were used without her consent to create the character 'Neytiri'. The suit alleged that when Kilcher was 14, Cameron used a published photograph of the actress to design a sketch of Neytiri's face.
