James O'Keefe, Cam Higby charged over Minnesota voting videos

Prosecutors in Minnesota's Hennepin County have charged activists James O'Keefe and Cam Higby with felony unlawful voting and identity theft. Prosecutors allege the duo gave election judges the names of registered voters to start the state's vouching process during the August 11 primary. Neither man voted, and Higby said he "never violated a law".
