Jamia Millia Islamia's J&K girls' hostel students protest over food-related issues

Students at Jamia Millia Islamia's Jammu and Kashmir Girls' Hostel staged a protest alleging administrative malpractice in the hostel mess. They demanded cancellation of the current vendor's contract, deployment of female staff, and resignation of the Provost and Warden. Students alleged that breakfast was not served and lunch was delayed, and that previous assurances had not been implemented.
