Jamia Millia library damaged during CAA protests in Dec reopens
Jamia Millia Islamia University's Dr Zakir Husain Library has been reopened for students nearly three months after it was damaged in alleged police action against students on December 15, 2019 amid CAA protests. "No compensation has been received from the government so far," Waseem Ahmad, JMI proctor said. University officials had said that property worth around ₹2.66 crore was damaged.
