Jamia students temporarily suspend sit-in protest amid coronavirus spread

Students of Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) University in Delhi on Saturday temporarily suspended the anti-CAA protest amid spread of coronavirus in the country. The Jamia Coordination Committee in a statement announced suspension of the 24 hour sit-in protest and appealed to protesters to "take the situation with utmost seriousness". India has reported 341 confirmed cases of coronavirus so far.
