Japan tests reusable bullet-like rocket a day after China, video shows its 55-sec flight

Japan's JAXA tested its experimental bullet-like reusable rocket, RV-X, a day after China launched the maiden flight of its reusable rocket Long March 10B. A video of the 55-second test flight showed RV-X lifting off, hovering and moving horizontally before landing. If successful, Japan will become the world's third country with a reusable rocket, which cuts space travel costs.
