Japan to prosecute dead teen whose suicide attempt killed a woman

Japan is going to prosecute a 17-year-old girl whose suicide resulted in the death of another woman. The incident occurred in August when the girl jumped from a building's 12th floor and landed on 32-year-old Chikako Chiba who was walking with friends. The girl was pronounced dead in hospital one hour later while Chiba died in the same evening.
