Japanese filmmaker's 'Ramayana: The Legend of Prince Rama' trends again after 'Ramayana' release

Amid the release of Ranbir Kapoor-starrer 'Ramayana', Japanese filmmaker Yugo Sako's 1992 Indo-Japanese animated film 'Ramayana: The Legend of Prince Rama' has started trending again. The project had 450 Japanese and Indian artists and was completed in December 1992. Audiences first got to see it on January 10, 1993 in India at the 24th International Film Festival of India (IFFI).
