Japan's military plans to use Musk's Starlink service: Report

Japan's military plans to use Elon Musk's Starlink internet satellite service from next fiscal year, local newspaper Yomiuri reported. It has been reportedly testing the service since March at about 10 locations. While authorities already have access to communication satellites in geostationary orbit, Starlink will give them access to low-Earth orbit, the report noted.
