Former Australia pacer Jason Gillespie picked his Team of the Tournament for T20 World Cup 2026. He included Pakistan's Sahibzada Farhan and New Zealand's Finn Allen as openers, followed by Tim Seifert, Suryakumar Yadav (captain), Sanju Samson, Ishan Kishan and England all-rounder Will Jacks. Gillespie included USA's Shadley van Schalkwyk, Jasprit Bumrah and Blessing Muzarabani in bowling unit.
