Javelin pierces student's neck during sports meet at a school in Odisha, pic surfaces

A javelin pierced a Class 9 student's neck during a sports meet at a government school in Odisha's Balangir district. The javelin, thrown by another student, struck Meher from the right side of his neck and a portion of its head came out from his left side. The student has been admitted to ICU at a hospital.
