Rakul pens note after her 9-yr-old flop film crosses 1 billion views on YouTube

Rakul Preet Singh took to Instagram to celebrate her 9-year-old film, 'Jaya Janaki Nayaka', after its Hindi-dubbed version became the first Indian film to cross 1 billion views on YouTube.
