Jayant Yadav lost his grandmother the day he hit maiden ton

Indian cricketer Jayant Yadav was unaware that his maternal grandmother had passed away when he hit his maiden Test hundred in the Wankhede Test. Jayant's father Jaisingh Yadav revealed the news to him after the end of the Test. "I wanted to watch him live on TV...but the tragedy in my family didn't let it happen," said Jaisingh.
