Jaypee Infratech ex-MD Gaur gets interim bail to see ailing mother

Patiala House Court has granted interim bail for 14 days to former MD of Jaypee Infratech Manoj Gaur and has directed him to furnish two sureties of ₹5 lakh each. The bail has been granted on humanitarian grounds due to his elderly mother's illness. He was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate in November last year in a money laundering case.
