Jeetendra bought 'unlucky' property for just ₹4.25 lakh, land now worth ₹450 crore

Veteran actor Jeetendra revealed a Pali Hill property, which he bought from yesteryear actor Bharat Bhushan for ₹4.25 lakh, is now worth ₹450 crore. Jeetendra said Bhushan had sold the bungalow as he was in dire need of money. When his four films flopped after shifting there, Jeetendra moved out from the "unlucky" bungalow and redeveloped it into Gautam Apartments.
