MacKenzie Scott, one of the world's most well-known philanthropists, is facing scrutiny after reports that some organisations she donated to are under investigation in the US for alleged links to Hamas, which is designated as a terrorist organisation by the country. She has donated over $26 billion since her 2019 divorce from Amazon's Jeff Bezos.
