Jeff Bezos buys 1 share of Amazon in first purchase in 21 years

Amazon Founder Jeff Bezos bought a single share of Amazon two weeks ago, marking his first share purchase in 21 years, SEC filings showed. In comparison, Bezos has sold about $30 billion worth of Amazon stock since 2002. On the same day he purchased the Amazon share, Bezos also gifted 69,290 shares worth almost $8 million to a non-profit organisation.
