Amazon Founder Jeff Bezos' girlfriend Lauren Sánchez has shared Bezos' advice on what bosses shouldn't do in meetings. The list includes talking at the beginning and meetings exceeding one hour. "Another thing he taught me is: Have the person running the meeting write a document about what you're going to discuss and why...It can't be beyond six pages," she added.
