Jet Airways appoints Ex-SriLankan Airlines CEO Vipula Gunatilleka as CFO

Jalan-Kalrock Consortium, the promoters of Jet Airways, have named former SriLankan Airlines CEO Vipula Gunatilleka as the airline's Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Gunatilleka has been tasked with reviving the grounded carrier and will take on the role from March 1. He is reportedly considered as a "turnaround specialist" and was hired by SriLankan Airlines for its restructuring in 2018.
