Jet Airways plans to scrap first class on its planes

Jet Airways plans to do away with first class seats on its Boeing 777 planes as part of cost-cutting measures, a senior airline official has said. The airline plans to increase seats on its Boeing 777 planes from 346 to nearly 400. Jet Airways currently offers first class only on its Boeing 777 aircraft.
