Jindal Stainless reappoints Abhyuday Jindal as MD for 5 years

Abhyuday Jindal has been reappointed as the Managing Director of Jindal Stainless for a term of five years effective from May 1, 2023. Jindal Stainless Board of Directors held a meeting on April 18 where they approved his reappointment. The company said he won't be debarred from holding the office of 'director' by virtue of any order of the SEBI.
