Jio Platforms adds ₹3.42 lakh crore in market value in 2 days

Jio Platforms has added nearly $36 billion (₹3.42 lakh crore) to its market value in two trading sessions after its IPO, reflecting strong investor demand. The Reliance Industries-backed company's shares rose as much as 5.1% on Thursday, extending their nearly 27% debut-day rally. Its market capitalisation rose from ₹12.5 lakh crore to ₹13.5 lakh crore on Thursday.
