Video streaming service JioCinema went down for several users for second straight IPL match, with people taking to Twitter to complain about outage and buffering issues. A user wrote, "#JioCinema #BCCI please give us alternate option to watch IPL...this JioCinema will buffer till 70th match." Another wrote, "It is not responsive sometimes, buffering, also HD quality isn't really HD."
