J&J says its booster shot gives 94% protection against COVID-19

Johnson & Johnson on Tuesday announced new data saying that a booster shot of its COVID-19 vaccine provided 94% protection against COVID-19 in the US if administered two months after the first dose. A booster shot delayed up to six months is more effective, as it leads to a 12-fold increase in antibodies, according to J&J's Phase 3 trials data.
