JNU student commits suicide, had emailed suicide note to professor

A JNU student on Friday committed suicide by hanging himself from a ceiling fan in a study room at the university, police said. Rishi Joshua, a second year MA student, emailed a suicide note to his English professor before hanging himself, they added. The deceased was undergoing some treatment, as per preliminary enquiry, police further said.
