Joe Biden thanks Vietnamese President with photo of wrong leader, deletes tweet

US President Joe Biden, in a post on X (formerly Twitter), thanked the President of Vietnam with a photograph of the wrong leader. "President Vo Van Thuong, thank you for such a productive meeting," the 80-year-old POTUS wrote while sharing a photo with Vietnam's National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue. The tweet was later deleted.
