Former England captain Joe Root has become the first-ever England cricketer to score 20,000 runs in international cricket. The 33-year-old crossed the 20,000-run mark during England's first innings in the Multan Test against Pakistan. Joe Root smashed his sixth Test double hundred during the innings.
