Joe Root breaks record for smashing most Test hundreds for England

Ex-England captain Joe Root has broken the record for smashing most Test hundreds by an England batter. With his two hundreds in England's ongoing Lord's Test against Sri Lanka, Root took his tally of Test hundreds to 34. He overtook former England captain Alastair Cook, who held the previous record for smashing most Test hundreds for England with 33 tons.
