Johar's Dharma Productions locks ₹250 cr deal to distribute Ramayana in India

Namit Malhotra's DNEG and Yash's Monster Mind Creations, producers of Ranbir Kapoor-starrer 'Ramayana', have reportedly partnered with Karan Johar's Dharma Productions to distribute the film across India. Malhotra is said to have showcased a 30-minute edited cut to prospective distributors. After negotiations that began at ₹500 crore, Dharma secured all-India distribution rights for ₹250 crore.
