Joshna Chinappa receives Padma Shri award from President

Indian squash star Joshna Chinappa has been awarded the Padma Shri by President Droupadi Murmu at Rashtrapati Bhawan. Chinappa, an Asian Games bronze medallist, has won five Asian Games medals and two Commonwealth Games medals. Uday Vishwanath Deshpande, a Mallakhamb coach, and para-badminton coach Gaurav Khanna were also honoured for their contributions to sports.
