Journalist works as gig worker on Swiggy, Zomato & Blinkit; earns ₹782 after driving 105 km

A journalist revealed that he worked as a delivery worker across Swiggy, Zomato and Blinkit for a day each and managed to earn just ₹782 after driving 105km for 23 deliveries in 15 hours. After accounting for fuel costs worth ₹250, the journalist's earnings reduced to ₹532, or roughly ₹34/hour. He noted that Swiggy deducts ₹30/order if workers deny deliveries.
