JP Singh and Mohammad Yaqoob discuss India-Afghanistan ties

JP Singh, Joint Secretary of the Pakistan-Afghanistan-Iran division in India's External Affairs Ministry, met Afghanistan’s acting Defence Minister Mohammad Yaqoob in Kabul.
