Rana demanded $20 mn to settle sexual abuse case, JPMorgan offered $1 mn: Report

Former JPMorgan Chase banker Chirayu Rana allegedly demanded over $20 million from the bank before filing his lawsuit accusing colleague Lorna Hajdini of sexual abuse, The WSJ reported. JPMorgan later offered Rana $1 million to settle the matter, but Rana's lawyer proposed a counteroffer of $11.75 million. The lawsuit centres on serious allegations of racist abuse and forceful drug use.
