JPMorgan to make 5-day work-from-office mandatory: Report

JPMorgan plans to end the hybrid work model and ask employees to work from office five days a week, Bloomberg reported. The largest US bank, which employs over 3 lakh employees, currently requires employees to be at the office three days a week. CEO Jamie Dimon earlier said remote setups hinder "spontaneous idea generation".
