JPMorgan's headcount to remain unchanged for rest of 2023: CEO

JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon said the bank's headcount will remain unchanged for the rest of 2023. The bank saw its headcount surge over 8% year-over-year to 2,96,877 employees in Q1. He also commented on JPMorgan's policy requiring MDs to come to office five days a week and said, "Leaders need to be accessible to their people all the time."
